Hillbillies

As I said in a previous post my family were from Virginia. Coal miners. Union members. 9 times out of 10 they’d vote for a democrat.
That’s why it’s offensive to me that the first people to toss out the “hillbilly” and “hick” taunts are people who vote for the same fucking party.
During the last election I was furious after reading how Democrat party cretins were in the county my family comes from basically telling them “Come on… you know you’re racists. You won’t vote for Obama because he’s black. This is your chance to show you’re not.”
They inflicted guilt on those people to get them to vote for Obama.
I wish to God I could explain to them how they’re used, manipulated, lied about, and ridiculed by the same fucking people they vote for. Voting for democrats hasn’t done them a goddamned bit of good. They promise them all kinds of shit but never deliver.
