“Ecovores”

Haven’t heard that term? Didn’t think so unless you’ve been to a toy store lately.

Imagine … a civilization of humans and dinosaurs, living in a lush, green land.

One side—the predators—are using up its natural resources, wiping out everything and everyone that gets in their way. The other side—the ecovores—want to preserve their land. And they’re willing to fight to make that happen.

Will the predators succeed in destroying the land, causing their own extinction? Or will the ecovores stop the destruction and make the land a place where dinosaurs and humans can live together peacefully? In the world of Imaginext®, anything is possible!

*Emphasis added.

That is text taken from the Imaginext line of dinosaurs at the Fisher Price site.

The non-carnivores are “saving the planet” from the carnivores…. makes me want to gag.

Nothing like a do gooder trying to brainwash the children, it looks like the management at Fisher Price has lost touch with reality from eating too much PETA meat.
The same subtle touches were made by Toys R Us a few years back forcing me to not shop there for the kiddies, K-mart also botched it when they hired Rosie as their spokeswoman years back, I haven’t been back nor is it likely that Sears will see my trade either. *Sigh*
