I woke up to aching hands which turned into aching wrists, aching elbows, and finally aching shoulders. I held off on the tylenol until around 7pm. I don’t take it unless it gets really bad. That shit can really eat up your gut.

I’ll be so damned glad when 8am gets here and I can go to bed.
